final qualifying examination, which

Corporate
customers, with respect to TestPrepOnline's
sales policy, are typically small, medium
or large businesses or companies, who
require their employees to be certified
or licensed in order to perform their
duties, in compliance with state regulations
or internal employee competence policies. |

Such
businesses or companies can have their
employees use TestPrepOnline.com as
a preparatory service before they appear
for the final certifying or licensing
examination. |

| Corporate
Sales Policy |
|
Our
corporate sales policy is intended to
benefit our corporate customers and
their employees, and make the process
of complying with state regulations
or internal employee competence policies
easier. |
|

TestPrepOnline.com, through it's corporate
sales policy offers significant cost
advantages when our test preparation
products are purchased in bulk. To qualify
for these cost advantages, a corporate
customer must create a corporate account
with us and purchase a minimum of 10
test subscriptions of any of the available
subjects, and pre-pay for these in full. |

Each
of these subscriptions can be allotted
to an employee using our free online
Subscriptions Management Center, where
you can manage subscriptions you have
purchased and your account information.
Once allotted and activated, each subscription
will be available for a period of 30
days from the date of activation. |
|
All
subscriptions must be used within a
period of 12 months from the date of
initial purchase. At the end of the
12 month period counted from the date
of initial purchase, any unused subscriptions
will need to be renewed, by paying the
subscription rate applicable to the
tests in your account, at that point
of time, as set forth in this section
of our web site. |

No refunds or cancellations are allowed
at any time. |

us, you will be given a username and
password to be used to access your Test
Subscriptions Management Center on our
website. Here you will be able to: |

them to use the test subscriptions in

4. view/modify your account information |
